About Us...

The Proffitt & Holt Kings Langley office opened its doors in 1991 and is located on the village High Street. The office offers residential sales, lettings and property management as well as financial services through our associated company The Mortgage Advice Bureau.

The sales and lettings departments deal with property throughout the WD4 and HP3 areas including Kings Langley village itself, Chipperfield, Sarratt, Bovingdon and the surrounding hamlets, Apsley & Nash Mills as well as Longdean Park. The property in the area includes a diverse choice of purpose built flats, modern developments of starter and family homes, character Victorian cottages, larger family homes dating to the 1930s and country homes.

The village has an attractive and busy High Street with a range of good quality local shops and amenities catering for many day to day requirements.
